MBTI and the Workplace

According to the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator, I fit into the ISFP category. I am an introverted, sensing, feeling and perceptive individual. I am a practical enhancer, which means I focus on the functional applications of my abilities. The resulting combination leads to an interest in meeting immediate needs.

As a Practical Enhancer, I prefer a work environment that is supportive, harmonious, flexible, casual, and autonomous. At meetings, I tend to focus on solving present problems before moving onto other issues. My work efforts are more focused if I am somehow providing a direct service to others.
